First, we reviewed over 150 listings, analyzing key elements such as location, bedroom and living space layouts, interior square footage, lot size, and style.

Next, we went deeper into more subtle but the most important elements like layouts, bedroom seclusion and configuration, floor plan flexibility, main component condition (roof, windows, plumbing, electrical, etc.), lot orientation, and privacy and security features.

Then, we evaluated each property for both current and potential resale value, eliminating any that didn’t align with the client’s future investment goals.

This meticulous approach allowed us to present just four properties that perfectly met the client’s criteria, optimizing their time and ensuring a streamlined experience.
