I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Gatien. After I selected him from a group of four candidate realtors, he got to work straight away working with the tenant to prepare my apartment for sale. He had great instincts about timing, and though we waited a week or two to get the place ready, when the listing went up I was stunned at how great it looked.
