Helping a first-time homebuyer find their perfect home is always an exciting journey, and this one was no exception. My client, a determined and detail-oriented buyer, was looking for a two-bedroom condo in Florida. Between learning the ropes of the homebuying process and navigating the newly implemented condo laws in the state, there were plenty of moving parts to manage.

On top of that, my client’s budget and specific wish list, like having an in-unit washer and dryer, meant our options were limited.
